Donation to Spennithorne Primary School

The Foundation has donated £500 to Spennithorne Primary School, near Leyburn, to help develop the school garden. Three new roses were named by the children as ‘Jessica’,  ‘Bethell’s Favourite’ and ‘Racing Silk’. Fruit trees and vegetables have also been planted and are being carefully looked after by the children at the school.

This is the start of a relationship that the Foundation and the School would like to forge and in July  Sally & James Bethell will be presenting the first of what is to be an annual ‘ Jessica Bethell Endeavour Award’ for the individual who has tried very hard to achieve some goal that year.
